Philosophy

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Ilorin is committed to the University’s mission of teaching, learning, research and community development services in the field of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. It is aimed at producing professionals who are well-trained in all facets of pharmacy with the main purpose of meeting national and international needs in the area of healthcare and pharmaceutical advancement. The aim of the Pharm.D programme is to produce pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists that are able to provide detailed and critical pharmaceutical and related healthcare services to the communities which they will serve which will improve the quality of healthcare and development.
